With a focus on Health & Safety, education, business development and driving excellence and shared best practice, ESSA and our members sit at the centre of the events community both in the UK and overseas.
Having established ourselves over the last 10 years (merger of BECA & AEC 2007), with our members we are the collective voice of the supplier and services sector.

OPERATE AND COMPLY WITH THE QUALITY SERVICE CHARTER
Upon joining, every member must sign our Quality Service Charter and Code of Conduct which dictates the level of professional service and codes of best practices which must be adhered to.
Each new member must have a reference from an ESSA/AEO or AEV member as well as a recent client. Each new application is then vetted by the membership before acceptance.
Fully insured and vetted.
Before joining, members must provide their full insurances and the last 12 months accounts for vetting.
ESSA Bond*
The ESSA Bond is our insurance policy that in the event of one of our members defaulting under contract, will seek to recompence the loss incurred by the client (exhibitor, organiser or fellow member). *ESSA Bond is subject terms and conditions.
